Robotist / Hotels & hospitality
Lobbies, corridors, dining rooms and guest floors get dirty and get restocked every day. Most of that work is the same, repeated.
We sell hotel robots, check whether a machine works in your building, and put the costs, limits and who-does-what in writing before you buy. Floor cleaning is ready now. Delivery and guest service need building work first.
01 / What you can buy today
Floor cleaning robots are in our catalogue today. Room delivery needs engineering for your elevators and doors. Guest-facing robots need a trial before anyone promises anything.
The Gausium Phantas and Keenon C40-P1 sweep, scrub and mop floors on their own. Before we recommend one, we check your floor types, routes, cleaning hours and the cleaning quality you expect.
In catalogue / Results measured at your propertyDelivery robots are ordered per project. Getting one between floors depends on your elevators, your doors, your Wi-Fi and what happens when it gets stuck. Nothing is assumed until it is tested in the building.
Ordered per project / Building check firstA robot can answer a fixed list of guest questions and pass everything else to your staff. We test the accuracy, the privacy and how guests react before it is used at scale.
Limited scope / Staff oversight02 / The machines
Two industrial cleaners for floors. One service robot on wheels for trials. The job decides which machine you need, not the other way round.
Sweeps, scrubs, vacuums and mops in one pass. Manufacturer figures: 1,180 m² cleaned per hour.
A commercial floor cleaner. Manufacturer figures: 1,100 m² per hour, up to 15 hours on one charge.
A wheeled humanoid sold for service and hospitality work. We treat it as a trial candidate, not a proven hotel concierge.
These are catalogue prices. Freight, setup, connecting it to your systems, training and support are extra. Every speed, runtime and autonomy number above is the manufacturer's specification — we have not measured these machines in a hotel.
03 / From demo to decision
A robot can look good in a showroom. We turn that into a written plan for your building: what it does, where, how often, how it is measured, and who is responsible.
Floor plans, floor types, thresholds, guest traffic, shift times, power outlets and the building systems involved.
Which areas, which hours, what “clean” has to look like, what staff still do and what the robot will not do — agreed before a model is picked.
One route or one task, measured against the agreed numbers, including guest disruption and how often staff had to step in.
The chosen system, the test results, the full cost, what your building has to provide, staff training, how we will judge the result and who fixes it.
What a proposal should show
Robotist has not published a verified hotel installation. Manufacturer figures describe equipment, not results in your building. When we have real results from a hotel we will publish them. Until then, we say that plainly.
04 / Before you buy
Usually yes, depending on the layout and how the machine behaves. Cleaning outside peak hours is easier to plan. An assessment looks at guest traffic, the route, and how the robot reacts when someone walks in front of it.
It depends on the machine and the cleaning mode. Tile, stone, vinyl, carpet, thresholds, ramps and level changes are checked against the manufacturer's specification, and tested at your property where possible.
Cleaning one floor needs no elevator or door work. Moving between floors is different: it needs elevator control, door access and network access, which we quote separately. Nothing is assumed until it is checked.
A robot takes over defined, repetitive cleaning. Whether that reduces headcount depends on the coverage, the quality and how often staff still have to step in. We measure it instead of promising it.
Hardware prices are listed above. Freight, consumables, installation, integration, support and staff time depend on your site. A proposal separates the one-time costs from the running costs.
Yes. We start with a review of your property and agree what will be measured. A trial is included when it is practical and agreed in scope, and the results go into the proposal.
05 / The next step
Tell us which tasks repeat, on which floors, and during which hours. We will tell you what the first site check covers, what your building needs, and what we still have to check.
