What can I buy or rent from Robotist?
Commercial robots for hospitality, delivery, cleaning, logistics, security, inspection and reception work, sourced from the manufacturers in our partner network. The catalogue lists the models; availability and lead time are confirmed in your quote.
Do you supply businesses or private buyers?
Robotist supplies commercial end users: hotels, hospitals and clinics, logistics and warehouse operators, retail and property groups, and facilities teams. Tell us the site and the task and we will say plainly whether a robot fits it.
How does pricing work?
Every configuration is quoted: model, quantity, integrations, shipping and support are priced together. Nothing is charged on this website, and an enquiry is a request for a quote rather than an order.
Should I buy or rent?
It depends on duty cycle, how long you need the robot and whether the fleet is likely to grow. We price both routes in the same quote so the comparison is on your numbers rather than a rule of thumb.
How long does a deployment take?
It depends on the model and the site. Your quote states the lead time and the steps between order and a working deployment, including delivery, integration, training and hand-over.
Who supports the robot after it arrives?
Robotist does: integration, operator training, maintenance plans and technical support. The scope and the response arrangements for your site are set out in writing in the agreement, not left implied.
How are safety and compliance handled?
Robot safety depends on the site and the task. Before deployment we work through the operating environment with you, and the requirements we agree are written into the quote. You receive the manufacturer's own safety documentation with the unit.
Can the robots connect to our existing systems?
Often yes. Integration services cover the software side: interfaces, APIs, lifts and doors, dispatch and reporting. Any integration is scoped and priced per project after we look at what you already run.
Where do you ship from and do you ship internationally?
Robotist operates from Shanghai, Hangzhou and Sydney, and ships worldwide. Shipping method, duties and customs handling for your destination are stated in the quote.
Is the assistant on this site a person?
No. RobotMaxx is our AI assistant: it answers from what is published on this site and hands anything it cannot answer to a human. A person reads every enquiry that reaches us.
How do I get a quote?
Use the contact page or book a 30-minute call. Tell us the site, the task and the timing and we will come back with a scoped quote rather than a price list.
What happens to the details I send?
They are used to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quote, and nothing else. The privacy policy sets out what is stored, for how long and how to have it removed.
Still deciding? The comparison page puts the models side by side, and the contact page reaches a person rather than a queue.
